NOVA — Terms of use Version dated 17 October 2026. NOVA is a project operated by individual EL HADDAD ABDELILAH, at LT MOUBARAKA IM29 SB CASABLANCA. Contact: elhaddadabdelilah.ziad@gmail.com. NOVA connects buyers and sellers. The seller identified on the offer supplies the product, arranges delivery and issues the sales documents. NOVA retains its own legal obligations; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Cash-on-delivery checkout is for eligible physical products priced in MAD and delivered in Morocco. Review the seller, items, quantities, total price and delivery charges and conditions before expressly confirming. Pay the seller or their carrier on receipt; NOVA does not collect that payment. Confirmation, shipment, delivery and collection are recorded separately. Other categories use separate contact journeys. Registration and stores are free, with no mandatory advance. The launch page explains the eligible 90-day 0% commission offer. Paid rates never activate automatically. For complaints, use order messaging or contact NOVA. Statutory rights and the returns policy continue to apply.
