NOVA — Returns and refunds For distance sales covered by Moroccan Law 31-08, consumers generally have 7 clear days from receiving goods to withdraw without reasons or penalties, subject to statutory exceptions. The period is 30 days if the supplier fails to confirm the required information in writing. A full refund is due immediately and no later than 15 days after withdrawal. Return shipping may remain payable under the law. Applicable exceptions, including certain customized or perishable goods, must be disclosed and do not remove other statutory guarantees. Contact the seller through order messaging or contact NOVA with the case reference. For cash on delivery, the seller refunds the original payer; NOVA cannot refund funds it did not collect. Return, refund authorization and completed refund are recorded separately. Evidence review does not suspend statutory deadlines.
